Research grade compounds, independently verified for molecular identity and purity. Every result documented.

Built for every line of research.
Norway Peptides was founded on a simple principle: a research peptide is only as valuable as the data behind it. Every compound is specified, handled, and documented for laboratory review.
We focus on purity, documentation, and traceability from batch record to vial.
Most suppliers make claims they can't verify. At Norway Peptides, every compound is independently tested by a third party laboratory for HPLC purity analysis and LC MS identity confirmation before it ships. The certificate exists before you order, not after.

This Shipping Policy describes how Norway Peptides prepares, ships, and delivers Products. By placing an order, Buyer agrees to the terms of this Policy.
At this time, Norway Peptides ships only within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories or international addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address capable of receiving a cold-chain package is required.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within one to three business days of order receipt. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or for orders requiring additional verification.
All lyophilized peptides are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging designed to maintain stability in transit. Packaging includes insulated containers and refrigerant gel packs sized to the destination and transit time. Buyer is responsible for inspecting and refrigerating or freezing the Product promptly upon receipt in accordance with the storage instructions on the Certificate of Analysis.
To preserve cold-chain integrity, Norway Peptides ships via expedited carrier services, typically overnight or two-day delivery. Standard ground service is not available for temperature-sensitive Products. Estimated transit times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and exclude weekends and federal holidays.
A tracking number is emailed once an order ships. Signature may be required on delivery for some shipments. If no one is available to receive the Product and the carrier holds the package, Buyer is responsible for retrieving the Product promptly to preserve cold-chain integrity.
Inspect each shipment immediately upon receipt. If a Product arrives with visible damage, evidence of temperature excursion (e.g., fully thawed coolant where it should remain frozen), or other apparent defect, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at research@norwaypeptides.com with photographic documentation. We will arrange a replacement at our discretion in accordance with our Terms of Sale.
Shipments not delivered within ten (10) business days of the carrier's estimated delivery date may be considered lost. Contact us to initiate a carrier trace. We will work in good faith to resolve lost-shipment claims, including replacement where appropriate.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and required service level. Buyer is responsible for any applicable state or local sales taxes.
Buyer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Reshipment of orders returned due to incorrect address information is at Buyer's expense.
Shipping questions may be directed to research@norwaypeptides.com.
