AA Water

Sterile acidified diluent for research peptides requiring an acidic reconstitution medium

$14 10 mL vial
≥98% HPLC Purity Third-Party Tested COA per Batch Cold-Chain Ship

About this supply

AA Water is a sterile dilute acetic acid solution supplied as a reconstitution and dilution medium for laboratory handling of lyophilized research peptides. Some research peptides show better solubility and stability in a mildly acidic diluent than in neutral bacteriostatic water, and AA Water is formulated for that specific use case in the research workflow.

In a typical research workflow, AA Water is added directly to a lyophilized peptide vial through the rubber septum using a sterile syringe, in place of bacteriostatic or sterile water, when a given compound's handling notes call for an acidified diluent. This is a supply item, not a peptide, it contains no active research compound of its own.

Supplied as a sterile solution in a 10 mL multi-use vial. For in vitro laboratory use only. Not for human or veterinary administration.

Reconstitution & storage

AA Water is supplied ready to use, it is the diluent itself and requires no reconstitution of its own. To use: withdraw the desired volume through the rubber septum with a sterile syringe and inject into the target lyophilized peptide vial per that compound's specific handling notes. Once the 10 mL vial has been entered, it is considered opened, refrigerate and discard 28 days after first puncture.
