How do I get started?

How does the text-back work?

On the Pro plan, GalloWave replies to a new lead in your voice within about a minute. You can review drafts first, or let it send automatically once you trust it. On the free plan, you text your leads back yourself.

How do customers opt out of texts?

Anyone can reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. Your data stays available until you ask us to remove it.
